Neplen is an IT services and software development company based in Dubai, UAE. We build web applications, mobile apps, custom software, ERPs, CRMs, and provide end-to-end IT support for businesses across the Middle East and beyond.
We are looking for self-driven sales professionals, business developers, and lead generators who can identify potential clients, build relationships, and bring qualified IT project leads to Neplen — on a purely commission-based, freelance arrangement.
This is not a salaried position. There is no fixed monthly pay, no employment contract, and no employee benefits. You earn a commission only when a deal you bring is successfully closed and the client makes payment.
No Visa Sponsorship: Neplen will not provide any visa, work permit, residency, or immigration sponsorship. This is strictly a freelance/independent contractor arrangement.
No Fixed Salary: There is no base pay, retainer, or guaranteed monthly income. Your earnings are 100% commission-based, tied directly to the deals you close.
No Employment Relationship: You are not an employee of Neplen. You operate as an independent freelancer/contractor responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and legal compliance in your country.
No Relocation Required: You do not need to be in Dubai or the UAE. Work from anywhere in the world — your country, your city, your home.
No Equipment Provided: You must have your own laptop, phone, internet connection, and any tools required to do your work.
Commission on every successfully closed deal where you sourced the lead and facilitated the sale.
There is no ceiling on how much you can earn. The more deals you bring, the more you make.

No. You can work from absolutely anywhere — your country, your city, your home. There is no office requirement and no need to relocate.
No. We do not provide any type of visa, work permit, or residency sponsorship. This is a freelance partnership, not an employment offer.
No. This is purely commission-based. You earn only when you successfully bring a deal that closes and the client pays. There is no base salary, no monthly retainer, and no guaranteed income.
Your commission is paid within 7 business days after the client's payment is received by Neplen. Payment is made via bank transfer, PayPal, or Wise.
Yes. Since this is a freelance arrangement with no fixed hours, you can do this alongside your current job, business, or freelance work — as long as it doesn't violate any agreements with your current employer.
After onboarding, you'll have a direct line to our team via WhatsApp or email. Simply introduce the prospect and share their requirements. We handle the rest — technical discussion, proposal, and closing.
No problem. You are only paid when a deal is successfully closed and payment is received. There is no penalty for leads that don't convert. We appreciate every effort.
